在哪购买lunarpages独立IP啊?

请问在哪购买lunarpages的独立IP啊?
如果新买的IP是别人用过的,本身就是被中国屏蔽的,他们可以免费更换吗?
购买lunarpages空间的时候我用的是国内银行卡,买lunarpages的独立IP 也可以 用国内银行卡吗?怎样付款啊?
有知道的请帮个忙拉,多谢啊.

购买空间的时候可以选择购买独立IP
如果买好之后再购买信用卡付款的可以在控制面板直接购买,其他付款的联系他们销售部门购买

用电子邮件联系他们销售部门购买?

我办的是交行的VISA卡,用的时候才知道没有国际支付网关,所以才用了工行的灵通卡
如果我要再单独买IP,还可以用灵通卡吗?

可以的,发邮件或者提交ticket联系他们即可
交行的卡不能网上交易,半残疾的

由于我不懂英文,其中还是困难重重.....
他们的服务可真不错,我在下午2点多和他们联系,他们都及时反应,那时可是他们的深夜2点多啊,感动!

A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $2.50 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term.

To purchase a dedicated IP online, login to CAP (Customer Account Page) at https://******.******with your cPanel or Plesk username and password, then choose the Upgrades / Addons Menu.

You may also reply to this ticket with the information, including the last 4
digits of the credit card on file, and we can upgrade your account.

Note: It may take a few days for the dedicated IP to be assigned. We will email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when it's assigned.

I am choose (Alternate Payment Options) in (lunarpages) to enter (stratocash), suffices the space with China's debit card which buys, the system does not support promotes, how should I manage? I also may use Chinese the debit card to purchase (Dedicated IP)? I am the Chinese, English am very bad, please attempt understood my meaning, thanks!

We could accept your credit card however you would need to speak to one of our sales people over the phone to set it up this way.

Alternately we can bill you using statocash by sending you an invoice on line for you to pay. Please advise which solution you prefer and we can provide additional details.

Hello,

I have received the email of the link address of payment online。But it is a pity that i cant pay in the way that you provide,the payment options of purchasing dedicated ip you provide dont include the way that i can use.

I used debit card of china when i was purchasing the lunarpages hosting,make a choice in payment information and then click(stratocash),paid successfully.Is it also possible for me to purchase dedicated ip in this way?Please help me ,thank you !
