本来是打算发邮件申请退款，可是由于1.99美元是跟linux plan一起下单，不知道会否影响。最后决定打电话。由于退款事宜，所以直接打了Billing Department

我: I was planing to purchase a windows web hosting plan with 1.99 domain. But I made a mistake that I bought the Linux plan. And I had purchase a windows plan by place another order.
Now I would like to request a refund for my cancel Linux plan account.
我: Ok, thank you. But I still have another question. I bought the 1.99 domain with this plan. Do I still eligible to that promotional price or I have to pay the full fee?
CS: No. You still got your domain.
我: OK. I appreciate your help today.
